The YourInnerHome options
Depending on your personal needs, you can choose several options for sessions

How does a sessions look?
During the individual therapy sessions, we merge the art of conversation with the power of movement. The conversations are guided by Experiential Dynamic Therapy principles. Usually we will start from focusing on a specific challenging case from your every day life and then will expand our exploration toward the covered roots that probably lay in your early life.
Our approach goes beyond words – according to your need, it may incorporate movement to unlock the symbiotic relationship between body and emotion. Movement is an essential tool in connecting with your emotional world. Just as our words hold meaning, our body language and movements can express hidden emotions and inner states. As you sit or explore the space around you, we integrate Dance Movement Therapy principles to tap into hidden emotions, release emotional pain, and delve into your inner world.
Through a blend of movement and conversation, we explore the connections between your emotions, thoughts, and bodily sensations. This dynamic interplay of conversation and movement empowers you to discover profound insights, catalyze emotional transformation, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth.
My name is M., 38 years old. On the 3rd month after repatriation, I went to Julia's course: the “Adaptation through the Body”. I came to the program for communication, I also wanted to get a resource for myself, and devote attention to myself and my body. I would like to say that Julia conducts her program very carefully and delicately. She intuitively feels the group as a whole and each person individually. For me, the course was productive: I was able to relax and get my resource. Julia helps me feel my body and get in touch with it. I especially remember the session when we were working with a dream. Thank you so much Julia! I would love to come to such a program again.

My name is N, I’m 43 years old, I’ve been in the country with my family for more than 4 months. Going to such groups is my only opportunity to take care of myself. In a new country, with a new language, the burden on adult active family members is double, if not quadruple. Adaptation takes a huge amount of effort. Support groups in this format are the only and unique opportunity to help yourself overcome stress, gain resilience, and pay attention to your emotional state. I really hope that there will be an opportunity to continue the work of the group. Thanks a lot.

Julia, thanks for the group! It was important for me and my daughter to spend time together. During a day, there is a lot to do, a lot of nerves. It's great that you can just relax and play with your child. I'm glad M. liked it. She was looking forward to classes and meetings with the kids from the group. She had a place where people were happy to see her. I “put” this into the collection of small achievements in our adaptation to a country.

Julia, thank you very much for the meetings. When I signed up, I didn’t even expect that it would be so useful. There was complete disbelief in myself, distrust of life, fear, and anxiety that overwhelmed me. Already in the first meeting, my anxiety level dropped and I wanted to smile. Many moments began to be perceived differently. Even on a physical level, the tightness in the chest and shoulders went away.
Special thanks for developing the resources. I really realized that it was not what I usually called “rest” that filled me with energy. Here, of course, there is still room to dig, but the direction has been set.
It was very useful to immerse myself in the “here and now”, to feel contact with the body, which has always been quite difficult for me. But even at the level of comprehension, I will try to turn off my head and concentrate on my feelings. I also really liked the conversation about the discharging of emotions, their point of application, a completely new insight.
Thank you very much for your help and support, thank you for helping me not only cope with the current situation related to the war, but also highlighting the routine moments that bother me.
